Campus Tours

    Offered Monday through Friday.

    Our campus tours include a brief information session from the Office of Admissions, and a 60-minute guided walking tour of campus led by our trained student tour guides.

    Tours are offered year-round while classes are in session. They are not offered during break weeks or state and university holidays. 

    Looking for future dates? Registration for tours opens roughly 4-6 weeks advance. We encourage you to monitor our website for updates.
     

    Department tours only offered September through May.

    Tours are available on select days and include more information on their specific programs and/or facilities below.

    October 12th & 19th- Admission’s Event
    November 11th- Veterans Day (No classes)
    November 23rd-27th- Thanksgiving Break (No classes)

    College and Department Tour Information

    These College, Housing, and Department tours are offered at select times via the Date Selector.

     
    Additional college or department tours are available by contacting other colleges or departments directly.
     
    Housing Tours

    Offered Monday through Friday.

    A traditional-style showroom is available at Jennings Hall from 9:00AM - 4:00PM on a walk-in basis. While housing information is provided during the campus tour, the Jennings Hall showroom is not included. Please consider visiting either before or after your campus tour.

    University of Florida Honor's Program
    UF Honors Program Information Session

    Offered select Mondays & Fridays. 

    During our 45-minute information session you'll hear directly from Honors Program staff and student ambassadors to learn more about their academic opportunities. The information session is followed by a 60-minute general campus tour.

    College of Journalism and Communications Tours

    Offered most Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays.

    Our 60-minute College of Journalism and Communications tour will cover information about our academic programs specifically in the College of Journalism & Communications. You'll also have the opportunity to see our facilities in Weimer Hall and hear about life as a Gator from one of our Student Ambassadors.

    Herbert Wertheim College of Engineering Tours

    Offered select Fridays.

    During our 2 hour and 25-minute UF Herbert Wertheim College of Engineering tour, you'll have the opportunity to hear from our Academic and Engineering Peer Advisors (current students), learn more about the engineering programs in an information session, and tour our engineering facilities on campus.

    School of Music
    School of Music Tour

    Offered select Mondays and Tuesdays. 

    Join the School of Music Ambassadors for a tour of the School of Music and discover the many opportunities available to students.  Ambassadors will share information about music ensembles, music minors and majors, and ways to get involved in the School of Music community. Whether you are pursuing a music degree or simply looking to continue making music in college, this tour is a great way to explore what the School of Music has to offer.
