Group Tour Request Form

Spring 2026 Group Tour Registration is Now Open!

We are now accepting Spring 2026 group tour requests. Group tours are for high schools or community organizations with high school age students.

Spring requests should only be for the months of January, February, March and April.

Submitting a request does not guarantee that your request will be approved. Please complete the form at least three weeks prior to your requested visit. Once you submit the form, you will receive an email that your request is under review. You can expect to receive an email with more information once we process your request.

If you have questions regarding an existing request, please email WelcomeCenter@admissions.ufl.edu. Please do not submit duplicate requests.

Group tours are a minimum of 25 students and maximum of 75 students.
